My autistic son overcame yeast overgrowth problem with GSE!
My autistic son started on GFCF diet then digestive enzymes, but his reaction to the treatment was really terrible! He became *extremely* hyperactive, unable to notice someone in the same room. I just had to stop, then re-try, then stop, then re-try. It felt endless with no visible progress.After doing more research online, and judging from my observation of him, I finally concluded that he must have severe yeast overgrowth problem, and I can tell you now that I was absolutely right. Helps with my sinus infection & sinusitis
In addition to the many positive attributes of this product, I found it useful in treatment of my sinus infections. Sinus problems are very common and sinusitis is often treated by doctors with antibiotics, which help cure bacterial sinus infection, but frequent use is not good for the body for many reasons. Sinus infections (sinusitis) can be from viral, bacterial, or fungal sources. Search and read the Mayo Clinic and NIH's information resource libraries for the science behind what I am saying.I found adding 2 - 4 drops of GSE to the saline solution in the 500 ml tank of a Grossan Hydro Pulse Nasal Irrigation System (also sold on Amazon) helps resolve problems, ACROSS all 3 types of sinus infections. a note on how to take GSE orally
I've taken GSE to treat colds and GI distress to great effect, but since many other reviews here discuss this, I want to share a trick with everyone. The taste is horrible, so I buy empty gel-caps like these and put 10-15 drops in a capsule. I take it with a glass of water, and don't have to deal with drinking it in juice (since I can always taste the bitterness when I do that).

Don't travel without it.
I have been using triple strength GSE for almost 20 years, since it was a product of PureLiquidGold. When I lived in Zambia my family and friends used it to stop diarrhea, clean up acne, wash veggies and treat family pets. I keep empty capsules on hand and put the drops in one when I take it. My husband puts his in water, but it is too bitter for me. When we travel we take 3 doses a day of 3-5 drops and never get stomach upset from strange food. We just finished a 10 day trip to Peru to hike the Inca Trail and I advised all hikers to bring GSE with them. My 3 family members and another couple took my advice and had no stomach problems. The other 5 hikers all ended up with Inca's Revenge. One drop on wet hands also makes a healthy hand sanitizer. I don't just use GSE when I travel. I clean veggies at home and use it to keep my plants healthy. It is one of the most versatile products I own and my medicine cabinet will always have a bottle or two handy.

Good Grapefruit Benefit!
I took this suppliment to help combat a nose infection that would not go away after two cycles of antibiotics. I also use Silver Hydrosol nose spray. After one week of use I noticed that my nose stopped bleeding and hopefully I am on my way to recovery.

Purchased this to help treat a case of thrush. It was effective but tje taste is horrible. Also found that the extract is very thick and dissolves better in warm water as opposed to cold. Putting it in my coffee seemed to b the easiest way to take it.

IT WORKS!
I had used this in pill for years ago and I was pleased with the results in keeping me from getting sick at work. I had a friend of mine that was going to have some teeth pulled and the dentist was going to make him take some anitbiotics to clear the infection in his mouth. (my friend has a horrid yuck mouth by the way). My friend refused the pills and came home to tell me what the dentist said. I only had these tablets so I made a thick paste after crushing the tablets with water and smeared it on his gums and teeth that were infected twice a day for two days. My friend went to the dentist and the doctor was blown awaybecause there was absolutely no infection in his mouth. The dentist didnt believe he was using something natural. Go figure.

Highly recommend for boosting and supporting immune system
I've been researching and using holistic remedies for over 30 years, and I was very happy to come upon this product, as it is a wonderfully supportive blend and potency of herbs, mushrooms, and supplements. I take it at the first signs of immune system imbalance or depressed resistance, and especially if I am around others that are beginning to show, or already have symptoms of a cold or flu. If I am not feeling well, it helps "kick it out" of my system, and I have escaped many contagious viruses when I stay on top of taking the recommended dosage, which is to take 1 tablet 3 times daily for a minimum of 15 days.Amazon offers a great price too. This product works.
My girls and I have been using DefensePlus for years.While this works for shortening the duration of being sick it will also boost your system if others are sick around you. I keep telling my coworkers to take it and they don't. They get the "bugs" and I'm fine. Buying a couple bottles today to keep at work, I think I've convinced a couple of them.GSE (grapefruit seed extract), specifically the product made by Nutribiotic is another great product. I don't use it myself due to the flavor but I do use drops in water bottles of our caged pets. We have had significantly less respiratory issues.
