Works for Both Single and Dual CPU Combo
Tested this processor running on which is a single CPU motherboard on X58 Chipset. Also running as dual CPU on on Intel 5520 chipset.Anyway, this is a retail/box Xeon processor and it does not come with CPU cooler. You have to purchase the CPU cooler separately. On my Asus motherboard, I am pairing it with the Noctua NH-D14 but for the eVGA you need something more special because of the different backplate. On the eVGA, I am using...
