Works pretty well
This does exactly what it's supposed to do: allow the use of a K/PK mount lens with an EOS mount body. The dandelion chip gives focus confirmation most of the time -- the adapter is slight loose on the lens side, and every once in a while the adapter's chip will be slightly off the camera's chip, making the camera think it can't take the picture... It's a rare occurrence, however, and I've found this adapter to come in extremely useful for using my Pentax lenses on my Canon EOS 60D for shooting video.

It lets me use my old Pentax k mount lenses on my Canon t2i
First, you will not be able to focus to infinity with this adapter. But I knew that going in, it's still a bit of a drag.Instructions - the adapter has a red dot on both sides - the flat side goes to your lens - it doesn't really matter which goes on first, just line up the dots - screw clockwise until it locks - done.Taking off is a bit tougher. Remove lens and adapter from camera the usual way - to remove adapter from lens, locate a springy little strip of metal - press down while turning clockwise. I have to hold my tongue just right to get it.That's about it other than my Canon T2i was flickering in film mode, like it was trying to auto-adjust the exposure. So, I simply put a piece of tape over the adapter's contacts. Solved.

fish eye is minimal version of a high quality product. i rarely use this feature because it takes quite imperfect photos.however, the macro attachment is magic. i've found some of my best photos are taken with this fantastic lens. it's small, so it can even fit in a pocket and can be screwed on for quick macro shots within seconds.worth the buy simply for the macro lens. this is a good substitute. I would prefer going the extra mile and spending the extra money to buy a fish eye, but if you are not going to use one frequently, adding this lens to your collection is a bargain buy with almost the same affect as a fish eye. Top to learn more

Allows lenses to be used in a lighter package
As an owner of Pentax 67 medium format lenses as well as the camera it is quite a handfull, The flash sync is too slow as well. I've taken pleasing shots using this combination.One does need to set up each shot, but on the K20D it seems an increase in picture quality. Top to learn more
