Great cover - not so great app
While this product is something of a novelty, I find that it does a great job of protecting my iPhone and that the bottle opener works great! The cover consists of two pieces, and on rare occasion, the bottom slips off when I pull my phone out of my pocket, but I don't consider this to be a major problem.On the other hand, the free app that comes with this case isn't entirely useful. I had issues downloading the app, and wound up paying for it (most likely user error on my part. The app is more of a novelty concept than the phone itself. With the app running, if you make the motion of popping a top with the case, it will play a sound effect. While this works in demonstration of just doing the motion, I find that when actually popping a bottle top, enough of my hand touches the screen to trigger a link to be hit or something else, so the sound never plays, and I wind up looking back at my phone to find out why, and determine that I've clicked on an add and Safari has loaded...
