Excellent rotary trimmer
Needed a good quality rotary trimmer that would cut fabrics in addition to the everyday cutting. This is a very solid trimmer with a single square bar for the head. The body is channeled aluminum. All in all, there is a minimum amount of flex and distortion while trimming. The square support bar does its job. I used a Dahle trimmer previously and it had a lot of problems at the middle of the cuts due to deflections.The trimmer is able to handle flexible and tough fabrics very easily - including cutting fiberglass (although I doubt the manufacturer would recommend this for some of the tougher fabrics). Only had this about 2 weeks now so I'm not sure on the long term wear and tear on the cutter.The trimmer is setup to cut in only one direction (right to left) but there is a bar underneath the head that can be removed as in most cutters. The hold down bar is very convenient for setting up whatever it is you may be cutting.A couple of minor...
