Works like a charm!
Ignore the negative review for this item. Here are the steps to get your new sim card activated. It's very easy. 1) Call Tmo at the number provided on the card. 2) Go through the automated response and push zero. You're only interested in talking to a live operator. 3) Ask to do a "SIM CARD SWAP." You might get transferred to tech support. Doesn't matter. 4) The operator will ask you to confirm the sim number (the really long number at the bottom) and for you to confirm your phone number. For security purposes, they'll ask for the last for digit of your social. Sim card swaps take minutes to be effective. Enjoy your new sim card.

Great Service.
I lost my sim card while in the UK. T-mobile do not ship internationally so I would've been without calls/emails/texts for a few weeks had I not found these guys on Amazon. This sim card does exactly what it says it does. It's a replacement sim (not a pre paid). I ordered it with expedited shipping and it arrived 48 hours later to the address in England. I phoned up T-mobile gave them the sim number (that's clearly written on the card) and was back up and running in less then 5 minutes. Great service, thank you.

Works as advertised
I purchased this for use in an unlocked iPhone and found that it activated smoothly via the on-line instructions and was preloaded with a few dollars for minutes. This was welcome, because I was then able to test the signal and verify that I could make calls on the T-Mobile network. What's more, as of 11/2010, T-Mobile offers a pay-as-you-go data package for $1.49/24h on their Edge network. With about $20 put into the card on-line, I can travel and use both data and talk minutes without a contract or any recurring payments. Previously, I was using the ATT GoPhone service, but ATT cut out all of their roaming partners, so coverage is abysmal in rural areas.I'm purchasing a second T-Mobile SIM tonight for my wife.Beware. Don't buy the other Amazon T-Mobile SIM for "unactivated replacement." This SIM is only for replacing an existing lost SIM and is not for activating new accounts.

Works great on my old Motorola phone
Bought this SIM card for my parents short stay in LA. Arrived in 2 days with Amazon Prime shipping. Slip the SIM card to my old Motorola W490 phone and follow the instructions to call T-Mobile, the phone is alive. It comes with $10 inside so you might want to add more minutes from T-Mobile. Addied minutes will be expired in 90-day in most of the per-you-go plan except $100 for 1,000 minutes. I choose this plan since my parents may call from place to place. Remember this is a pay-you-go of T-mobile, so even my cell phone service is provided by T-mobile family plan, the 750 minute of the family plan will still be deducted. Also the international call will be charged more (~$3/min to Asia), but it works. Therefore calling card may be an alternative to call international if the user doesn't mind dialing a long series number. Overall, the SIM card works for us.

Easy and Cheap
I have a Motorola V-190 GSM quadband unlocked cell phone that I use to travel around the US and abroad. It's very convenient when you arrive at a foriegn airport to pick up a sim card at a kiosk,insert it into your cell have a local number as long as you're there.In the US I have been using T-mobile as my local carrier. I've found T-mobile service better than that of AT&T. However, since T-mobile's coverage in rural areas is pretty dismal, I decided to switch to AT&T.I ordered the AT&T Sim Card SKU 71234 offered here, and it was delivered in three days (good job OEM Shop). I logged into the AT&T sim registration site and registered the sim card (free). You need to give them the sim card # (20 digits starting with 89...) and your cell phones IMEI # (located in you cell phone under the battery). Works OK with my HP Voice Messenger
I am a foreign tourist visiting the US. I asked AT&T (chat support) if my unlocked HP 510 Voice Messenger would work with a SIM card purchased at Amazon's. They said that I could use my phone but "... you have to purchase a SIM card from an AT&T dealer..." However, I decided to purchase this very inexpensive SIM card, which arrived within 7 days (standard shipping). Went to GoPhone's page to activate it; they asked for my device's IMEI number (typed *#06# in the phone) and my new SIM card's serial number. Then typed some personal info required by AT&T, and finally purchased a $15 refill. Voila! Worked great!

Works great!
The local AT&T store wanted $25 for a SIM card, plus they told me that the only plan available with their $25 SIM card would cost 25 cents per minute. No thanks! I found this one on Amazon, ordered it and received it within 2 days. It worked just fine, and upon activation was able to get the 10 cent per minute and $1 per day when used plan. Well worth the $5 I paid for the card even if some people say that you can get a SIM card for free from AT&T - I never figured out how to get a free one and it was worth $5 not to have to worry about figuring it out. Would definitely buy this again.

Good Buy! worked for me
I bought this for my Iphone 4s, i was worried at first but i put it into my cell phone and it worked!! it may take a while to make it register, i had to make it read it 3 times, but i think that was just because i didn't have a good connection at first.BOTTOM LINE__IT WORKS!!! my iphone 4s works perfectly with the sim! :) loving it!

perfect service
I travel abroad most of the time a dont return to the States but for about 15 days a year. I havent had a phone contract in about 4 years and dont understand why prime mobile phone companies prey on consumers with termed contract. Simple Mobile is a much better way and the solution for me. I gives me unlimited talk, text and internet 40.00 and thats it ....Perfect

Problem solved
I intially did not recieve the product on time, so I contacted the seller to have them try to find out what the problem was.We corresponded back and forth via email during this process. The product did come late, but the seller resolved the problem for me. They refunded my money, eventhough it was only .82cents.They said that they beleive in customer satifation regardless of the price of the product. The micro sim was what I needed. I travel alot. I went online to Simple Mobile and activated the sim card. It was easy. I use it for my Ipad. The sim if you order on their website is $12.99.
