Works for me! Super-bright UV glow
Hard to believe that so many people have problem with this paint. I used this to add some flash to the backplate of my video card inside a new PC build. Worked great; glows a very intense red under my UV cathode tubes (and this was done over flat black). Gets brighter the closer it is to the light source. I was very impressed and might do more with different colors. Wish it wasn't so expensive.Make sure you are using a REAL UV blacklight! LED lights that claim to be UV don't always work and purple fluorescent lights are NOT blacklights! A true blacklight will put out ZERO actual "light" and ONLY react to UV-sensative material, like this paint.

Really FUN
I bought these markers for a blacklight/space party I threw. They turned out to be totally awesome. When drawn on something dark such as cardboard, the markers glow very brightly, especially the blue and red. Additionally, nowhere in the description did it say anything about toxicity. I asked directglow myself, they said they are fine on skin, as long as the ink doesn't get in eyes. And wash with soap and water after you're done. This made the space party totally rad, everyone was glowing with cool designs on arms backs and face under black light!!! Then in normal light you can't see the ink at all. The yellow doesn't not glow very brightly. That was a little disappointing.

Red great; Blue ok; Yellow bad
Red is outstandingly bright under UV. Blue is okay. They might as well not bothered with the yellow. I am not completely sure how permanent the ink is on objects you might want to mark for security purposes. I wrote with the red on my black laptop with a rigged/groove surface and you can see where it has rubbed off a bit on the top of the grooves, but it is on an area where my palm rests as I type. Wrote on a regular semi-rough black plastic case on my modem and it seems to be holding its own in both the red and blue. Yellow is a no-go. Slick plastic holds better than I thought it would. All in all, I am happy with the purchase and consider it a good value.

UV Ink Marker
I'm extremely pleased as to this products' performance. I used it at a party in which we had a door fee. When people came up to me at the DJ booth to check in with money, I would quickly mark their hand, throw them a glow stick, and hand them a cup. My "security" could easily see who had already been taken care of and who they should send to come see me. I wish the colors were just a little bit brighter. I know we had plenty of black light, so I would only say that the marker could have been a bit brighter. When placed under direct light it worked perfectly though. Order was received in a timely fashion, and I would use this seller again. No misrepresentation of anything. I plan to use this same marker in the future. Maybe they will have a multi-pack by that time.

Fun for all Ages
I got the small bottle to see if they really worked, I got them as a stocking stuffer for my daughter. Anyway, I stuck them in a drawer and forgot about them, until one day when someone brought the blacklight out. I was "oh man, I got something cool". Anyway, me and my daughter who is 11 and a friend of hers were sitting in my pitch black room blowing these under a blacklight. They were soooo cool. The other strange thing is they are not like other bubbles. They are not soapy and sticky. When they pop on you it looks so neat and the residue glows, and if you wipe at it, the stuff smears, but no ooey feeling its as if nothing is there. So we were taking the drips and drawing on ourselves. I took the stick and was drawing on myself. I was seriously covered on my legs. I was glowing like a firefly. It was AMAZING!!! Then the teenager came and she freaked out and wanted me to order her some as soon as her paycheck comes....LOL Anyway, we enjoyed ourselves for a good 40 min. and we all had...

Glows Under Black Light.
I purchased these for my preschool age son, as we're doing a bunch of "glow in the dark" activities at the moment. I was a little concerned when I received these, because the bottle was a translucent yellow/green, and when I held it under the black light, the bottle lit up fluoro green/yellow. The label clearly said blue, but I was dubious and nervous to break the seal, and check the insides, in case I couldn't return it. HOWEVER, as soon as I opened the bottle, and pulled the bubble wand out, it glowed blue. I blew some bubbles, and sure enough - glow in the dark blue bubbles. These are perfect, for our activities. However, I wouldn't buy them again as they are VERY expensive, and I've recently learnt I can make my own glow in the dark bubbles using a high lighter soaking in water.

I initially came up with the idea to do UV for our first music video and to use the paint in a small paint fight scene however we never got round to doing it as it was said that it wouldnt look very good in day light.
